Maxwell Food Center is one of the most popular hawker centers in Singapore. We recommend that you come here early, because if you are even a little late you will be bothered by long queues. There are two of the most famous Hainanese chicken rice shops in Singapore, Tian Tian Chicken Rice and Ah Tai Chicken Rice . For dessert, you can try the Xing Xing tapioca cake which is handmade and served fresh every day.

Newton Food Center is also very famous in Singapore. They have gained more popularity since appearing in the film Crazy Rich Asians, making this hawker center a new tourist attraction for tourists. You can choose anything at almost 100 shops here, one of which is the Michelin-starred shop, Alliance Seafood , which is famous for its signature Stingray and Heng BBQ menu. Don’t forget to try the Black Carrot Cake!

Also known as Telok Ayer Market , you must visit this hawker center if you are a culinary lover and also like historical sites. A clock tower is located in this hawker center which makes it iconic. Serving local and international food, you shouldn’t come here if you don’t try satay dishes like at AZ King Satay or Fazlink Satay . For those of you who are vegetarian, you can also come to the NoBak shop , which offers vegetarian food such as the No Meatball Curry Rice Bowl.
